Finance Analyst Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our growing team at Gbovo. The Finance Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  •  Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients to expand Gbovo’s customer base.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product offerings to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management to communicate sales performance and strategy.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field/ or related experience equivalent.
  •  A Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Lagos as needed.
