Sales Manager Position

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for Gbovo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets.


  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the performance and profitability of various business initiatives, including hire purchase programs, rental services, and investment opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support operational planning and budgetary decision-making processes.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, business cases, and investment proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, board reports, and other financial communications.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and quantitative techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the fintech industry or automotive finance sector is preferred but not required.
